Peace!

My name is Christina – I am the happy flower farmer-florist behind The Flower Lady LLC.

With a background in the beauty industry, I understand how unique floral arrangements can take your shop, restaurant, event or photography to the next level. I started this business to bring my love of flowers, horticulture training, and eye for design to businesses and clients in my community.

I specialize in growing flowers in my local gardens and creating beautiful and fragrant solutions for just about every floral need. My primary focus, however, is on serving brides and grooms, my neighbors, restaurants, and small businesses in the Over-the-Rhine (OTR) neighborhood in Cincinnati, OH where I live, work and garden.

Floral Services

I offer an extensive range of floral services for individual, groups, and businesses – from corporate events and business supplies, to educational workshops and classes, installations and community outreach – and so much more!

And, of course we do Weddings! Visit my Wedding Page

How does your garden grow?

Not with silver bells and cockle shells, and pretty maids all in a row – but as a true, labor of love, with the intent to help create a beautiful, natural environment accessible to everyone.

In addition to establishing my flower business to generate income, I am using it as a platform to highlight the importance of creating green, healthy, resilient and cooperative neighborhoods. Everyone deserves to live in a beautiful environment, and each one of us has the ability to effect that change by investing time, talent and money into our communities.

Stated by Gandhi, my mantra is “Be the change you want to see in the world.” My hope is to do just that—one flower at a time.

Community Engagement

I am a big believer in volunteering time and effort to support local communities in the education, involvement and self-sustainment of garden stewardship. Thus, we are continually seeking gardeners, garden volunteers, and anyone interested in learning how to garden!
